Everything is energy. Your body, your thoughts, the objects and people around you, the air you breathe, the water you drink. Everything.
Through our energy, we are all connected to each other and the world around us. The empty space around us is a field of energetic waves. We can call it the grid. We are all affected by it, and we are all responsible for the frequency within this grid.
When you are feeling sad or negative, your energetic frequency, your vibration, is lower than when you are feeling happy and positive.
The Law of Attraction, maybe you have heard of it, dictates that like attracts like, which means that anything that vibrates at a certain frequency attracts whatever else is on that frequency.
This means is that you need to become what you want to attract in your life. Assuming that what you want to attract is positivity and high vibrations, these 14 ways to raise your vibration will help you do just that! β¨
What Happens When You Raise Your Vibration
The idea behind raising your vibration is that by becoming the energetic frequency that you want to attract (good vibes only!), you will attract what you are trying to manifest in your life.
Interestingly, this often means that we need to let go, instead of holding on to a certain outcome. Not always easy to do!
Sometimes, it can be challenging to find out what exactly is lowering your energy, as often there are subconscious processes weighing us down. Trying hard to keep your vibration high can sometimes even result in the opposite effect because we are trying too hard..
Imagine you have been working toward a certain outcome, and this is making you feel stressed, your vibration is automatically lowered. Not ideal, as this will actually slow down your timeline (energetic weight = slower movement in time).
For that reason, practice letting go and being grateful, while being clear about what you want and taking steps to achieve it. This is the most effective way to go about it.
I find this is a constant work in process, but the more I learn to let go and stay grounded, the lighter I feel! ππ These are 14 ways that I like to use to raise my vibration and level up my manifestation skills. Let’s make things happen! πͺπ€

14 Ways To Raise Your Vibration And Attract What You Want
1. Focus On What Makes You Happy
If you are not sure where to begin, pick one or two things that make you happy and feel good. This can be anything from walking, working out, meditating, cooking, painting, singing, etc.
Begin to do that every day. Make it your priority. Everything else needs to wait. No excuses.
Once you prioritize you, things will begin to fall into place and feel more effortless.
If you are not sure what you want to do with your life, just begin by picking something small. Once you get into a more positive flow, you will find that things begin to open up to you, and ideas will flow to you at the most unexpected moments! π€©
2. Say No To Everything Else
Prioritize YOU right now. Do those things that make you happy, and be very selective with what you direct your energy towards (as far as humanly possible of course!).
If this means you feel that you need to cancel an appointment, a meeting, or switch off all your devices for a month, do it.
Be honest about what you need the most right now. Do more of what is giving you energy at this moment. You will soon feel recharged β‘π
3. Create Better Habits
Find what it is that you are resisting. If some of your habits are preventing you from having the life that you want, there is a reason you are not giving it up.
Craving unhealthy foods? Procrastinating? Not exercising enough? Are you people pleasing?
Take some quiet time for yourself and ponder what you are getting out of this behavior? There is a reason you are doing it. Just realize that it is weighing you down.
Are you avoiding a certain emotion or feeling? Find out what it is, and work on taking a small step each day to create a more constructive habit.
Every small success is a brick in the wall. You will love the dopamine this will give you! πͺ
4. Meditate Daily
To not get carried away by the constant chatter of our mind, it is vital to have a daily meditation practice ππ Meditation will help you to stay centered and grounded, no matter what the external circumstances are.

5. Exercise
Energy creates energy. When I feel low in my energy, I don’t always feel like exercising, but when I do, I almost always feel better and more energetic afterwards.
Alternatively, go for a walk. Walking helps with almost anything! Feeling stuck/sad/tired/uninspired/…? Go for a walk! πΆπΆπΆ
6. Go Out Into Nature
Spending time in nature will just naturally help to raise your vibration. All you need is the intention to relax, be present, and take in your surroundings. Nature will do the rest.
More than ever, reconnecting with nature is the vital ingredient we are missing for our happiness. Reconnecting with nature actually means to reconnect with ourselves. THE best gift you can give yourself, in my opinion! π

7. Ground Yourself
In order to deal with the craziness that is happening around us, and to not be sucked in by fear and worry, a grounding practice is a necessity.
Grounding yourself means to stay in your body and feel connected to the earth. This may sound woo-woo but is actually a vital part of your existence (you just might not realize it yet).
We are often lost in our minds and the day-to-day issues and worries determine our energy level. If you want to raise your vibration, check in with yourself regularly and work on feeling grounded.
You will be that tree that survives even the harshest storms π³
8. Do Shadow Work
Our shadow, or our subconscious mind, makes up a huge part of who we are and of our vibration. More than we can consciously know.. π±
There can be many subconscious processes holding you back from achieving what you want in your life, but how do you know what those are?
Shadow work is the answer! It takes some dedication and courage to dive into your subconscious, but it is quite the adventure! And the long term results will blow you away!

9. Choose You
To keep your vibration high, it is vital that from now on, you decide to choose YOU π«΅
What does your heart want? Don’t do things only because other people expect you to, if it doesn’t feel right for you. Don’t do things out of fear of losing something in your life.
If you are making decisions out of fear, instead of self love, take some time to reflect on them. Becoming aware of these processes is necessary to eventually let go of them.
It sounds easier than it is, as there are many profound processes at play under the surface here, but it is really worth looking into (I promise, thank me later π)!

10. Do What Brings You Joy
Every day do something that brings you joy and that makes you laugh. This can be as small as smiling at a stranger, playing your favorite song, dance, sing, make a random drawing, or try a new thing, have coffee with a friend, try a new recipe, go to the spa.
Just do one small thing every day that brings you joy, it will do wonders for your mood! ππ
11. Take A Day Off From Devices
Take a detox from all technology. Put your phone/laptop/tablet away and don’t look at it!
Go out into nature or wherever you feel like going. There is only one rule: no screens.

Journaling is a great way to let go of any energy blocks. It gets you in touch with your intuition (if you just write whatever comes to mind, without giving it any thought), and is a fun way to get the creative juices flowing!
